Grinding4Greatness LLC ("Grinding 4 Greatness", "G4G", "we", "us") runs youth basketball tournaments and events in Amarillo, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Registration details: the coach's or organizer's name, email address and mobile phone number; team name, division and organization.
- Rosters: players' names and jersey numbers.
- Waivers: the names of players and the signing parent or guardian.
- Payments and tickets: what was purchased and whether it has been paid. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Your communication choices: whether you agreed to receive emails and text messages from us, and when.
- Messages you send us, such as replies and questions.

We share it only with service providers that help us run our events and only so they can do that work for us: SportsTownHQ (our registration and messaging platform), Stripe (payments), Twilio (text message delivery) and our email delivery provider. They may not use your information for any other purpose. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
